We understand the value of your purchase and we apologize for any inconvenience, however, due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, should you be completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach us at info@organicformulahub.com and we will get in contact with you to figure out how to remedy the situation. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Standard delivery usually takes around 5-7 business days. Orders are dispatched from our Germany warehouse within 2 business days. Please note that on occasion, orders may arrive later than usual.
